DESCRIPTION:This is the last luncheon of the season 2024-2025 and our AGM. Please\, join us for a thorough recap of the year: activities offered\, members recruited\, and budget management. As a women’s club\, we’ve had an exciting year and the board can’t wait to share with you all what has been achieved in the last months.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSchedule: \n\n10:30-11:00 Arrival. Please\, note that the restaurant will be closed before 10:30.\n\n\n\n11:00-12:00 AGM\n\nThe meeting is called to order\n\n\n\nThe elections of a chairperson and secretary for the meeting\n\n\n\nSelect scrutineers of the minutes of the AGM\n\n\n\nLegality and corum\n\n\n\nPresentation of the Annual Report\, the accounts of the year and the auditor‘s report\n\n\n\nConfirming of the closing of the accounts and action is taken to release the Executive Board of responsibility\n\n\n\nThe presentation of the activity plan for the following year and the approval of the membership dues and the budget for the following year.\n\n\n\nAction is taken on the number of regular and alternate members of the Executive Board\n\n\n\nThe President of the Club for the following one-year-period is elected\n\n\n\nOther regular and alternate members of the Executive Board are elected\n\n\n\nTwo auditors and deputy auditors are elected\n\n\n\nOther matters mentioned in the notice are considered\n\n\n\n\n\n12:00-14:00: Luncheon.
