By painting on the reverse side of the plexiglass without viewing the front during the process\, she embraces the unexpected\, allowing the interplay between material and chance to guide her art. This method not only reflects her fascination with design-oriented creativity but also challenges traditional perceptions of control in painting. \n\n\n\nKirsti Tuokko trained as a visual arts teacher at the Institute of Industrial Arts in Helsinki and later took additional graphic and symbolic design courses at the University of California\, Berkeley. No prior dance experience needed! \n\n\n\n18:20 – 30min Face Yoga Session & Posture Workout.  \n\n\n\nGently awaken and refresh your facial and neck muscles\, enhance circulation\, and work on a slow\, mindful postural correction practice. \n\n\n\n18:50 – 15min Breathwork Practice.  \n\n\n\nExperience the Miki Ryosuke Method for weight loss\, Alternate Nostril and Belly Breathing for hormonal balance\, and Breath of Joy for an uplifting mood boost. \n\n\n\n19:05 – 15min Group Conversation: Healthy Female Ageing.  \n\n\n\nA relaxed\, heart-centered discussion where we’ll exchange insights and gentle guidance for mind-body longevity. \n\n\n\n19:20 – 40min Social Snack & Close.  \n\n\n\nWe’ll wrap up with homemade olive oil hummus\, Croatian cheese\, lavender cookies\, and a calming lavender tea as we enjoy each other’s company.
