Dear IWCH Members, we warmly invite you to a special evening of movement, and connection at Avanto Art & Movement (Alppikatu 15, Kallio) on May 15th, from 18:00 to 20:00 offered by Iva Voncina.  Enjoy an evening of Mediterranean art de vivre specially curated for IWCH members—featuring gentle movement, face yoga, breathwork, and a taste of Croatia with local cheese, olive oil hummus, and soothing lavender tea.

Let’s come together to dance, breathe, share, and celebrate wellness in a warm, welcoming space.

Detailed programme

17:50 – Arrival & welcome

18:00 – 5min introduction to the evening & what to expect

18:05 – 15min dancing warm-up.

We’ll ease into the evening with the Basics of Waltz — a joyful, beginner-friendly session set to Mediterranean music. No prior dance experience needed!

18:20 – 30min Face Yoga Session & Posture Workout.

Gently awaken and refresh your facial and neck muscles, enhance circulation, and work on a slow, mindful postural correction practice.

18:50 – 15min Breathwork Practice.

Experience the Miki Ryosuke Method for weight loss, Alternate Nostril and Belly Breathing for hormonal balance, and Breath of Joy for an uplifting mood boost.

19:05 – 15min Group Conversation: Healthy Female Ageing.

A relaxed, heart-centered discussion where we’ll exchange insights and gentle guidance for mind-body longevity.

19:20 – 40min Social Snack & Close.

We’ll wrap up with homemade olive oil hummus, Croatian cheese, lavender cookies, and a calming lavender tea as we enjoy each other’s company.
