Stillness and Me-Time: Simple Ways to Feel More at Ease

Learn simple mindfulness and meditation techniques designed to bring ease, insight, and a deeper sense of presence into everyday life.

We will gather in the calm of club member Pauliina Salmenhaara’s living room and discover soul-nourishing ways to slow down and reconnect with yourself. This four-session series is a gentle invitation to make room for stillness, clarity, and meaningful me-time in everyday life. Each evening includes guided meditation, nourishing reflection, and grounding practices to feel more present and in tune with yourself. 

No experience needed, just a curious heart and the desire to feel more grounded and calm.

Pauliina was introduced to meditation almost 30 years ago, and she has been hosting mediation and mindfulness events since 2010. She has seen the great benefit, both personally and professionally, from very simple breathing and other techniques, which are especially helpful during times of stress and anxiety, when the mind and heart become overwhelmed.

Meditation and mindfulness are integral to her work as a holistic practitioner, vegan chef, and host of women’ s circles, and she hopes to spread some of this joy and love with IWCH members as well.
