The City of Helsinki, the capital of Finland and country’s largest employer, operates with over 37,000 professionals across four divisions and central administration. The central administration, the City Executive Office, is an agency under the Helsinki city government which is responsible for the development of the city. The City Office acts as the general planning, preparation and executive office of the City Council, City Board and City administration, with the aim of creating added value for the City of Helsinki and improving its operations.
During the visit you will get an overview of the City of Helsinki’s operations, guiding principles, city strategy as well as its international engagement.
