1. Basic conduct
• Please respect other people’s background and culture
• Please remember that the members of the Board are working for the Club on a voluntary basis. It is possible that not all requests can be accommodated at all times.
• Please be on time for events
2. Confidentiality
• The membership directory is only intended for the use of members. The information in it must not be passed on to other people or associations, and also not meant for business, marketing or other similar purposes.
3. Annual Fee
• Please pay the annual fee on time. The deadline is September 3Oth.
• According to our by-laws if the membership fee is not paid your membership will be revoked.
4. Communicating with members
• You are allowed to contact other members via e-mail, but only the President is allowed to send e-mails to the ”All Members” distribution group.
If you would like to send your e-mail to ”All Members”, please send a request to the President.
• If you would like to share your talent or organize an event for the club, please contact the Programme Committee.
5. Event registration and cancellation
• Please follow the guidance given on how to register for events.
• Event information is posted on the IWCH website, please register on the website.
Each event has a deadline for registration, should you not be able to attend you have to let the event organizer know 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged if a cost is incurred by the club.
6. Activity Groups
• Activity groups are intended for members only. If you wish to join an activity group, please contact the activity group co-ordinator of the group that interests you.
• All activity groups, their leaders and the activity groups are approved by the Board. If you have ideas for a new activity group/wish to start a new group, please contact the Board @iwch
7. Requests / Ideas for events
• The Board appreciates all your ideas for events or other matters concerning the Club. Please contact us @iwch.fi.
