Trip to Rome

Need another holiday already? Rome is calling!
As a culmination of our 40th Anniversary year, we are planning a trip to Rome between 7th-11th October together with the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spouses Association (ULPU) members!
We will be having:
- Aperetivo on arrival at Hotel D’Inghleterra or Minerva (new luxury hotel that is listed as one of the best hotels in 2026)
- Reception with a lecture on UN with views on the current political moment in the world. Knowledgeable and well informed short presentation over Prosecco and Italian/Mediterranean buffet.
- Visit to Villa Lante al Gianicolo/ Finnish Roman Institute with a best view of town, lovely gardens and lecture on culture ties.
- potential invitation to a concert
The final program may be subject to change.
You will arrange your flight and hotel on your own, and you are welcome to join us with your partner. Feel free if you want to spend few more days before or after the program on your own.
